I'm Keelan, a self-taught bead artist, and beading is what I like to call my spirit craft. It's my meditation, my escape, and my joy. Every piece I create is a colorful story waiting to be shared, inspired by the vibrant works of artists like Fritz Scholder and RC Gorman.

As a descendant of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, my heritage is a huge part of who I am and what I create with my beads.

I am also a multi-passionate business owner. The founder of Vortex Visions, a design firm in Sedona, and Saguaro Socials Agency, a full-scale social media agency.

Bear Mountain in Sedona is where my spirit truly comes alive. It's a magical place where I feel deeply connected, where Spirit speaks to me. Naming my brand Bear Mountain Beads felt like the perfect homage to this special place.

As a home birth mama who loves to travel and create, my life is a vibrant tapestry of adventure and artistry. When I am not in creation you can find me around Sedona or on the beach in Kauai with my beautiful son Zona Skye (6).
